Once the interim manager has been put in place, we ensure that the assignment runs smoothly through weekly exchanges with the manager and regular contact with the client company.
Our methodology
Understanding your needs
Specify the objectives communicated, define the priorities, determine the essential skills and the conditions of the assignment (initial duration, location, etc.).
Identify the manager
Validate that they have carried out projects identical to those requested, and check that their DNA is in line with yours (a family-run SME does not operate like a US group). We supplement these interviews with reference checks.
Finalising qualification
We organise tripartite meetings with the client, the manager and the partner in charge of the assignment to see how the relationship is developing and whether the initial brief has changed.
Monitoring the assignment
From the outset, we set up weekly follow-up meetings with the manager and monthly meetings with the client to monitor the action plans in terms of objectives and timetable.
