Access the portal
Log in to your area using your e-mail address and password. If you do not yet have an account, you can create one by following step 2.

The weekly profile meeting
Every week, the ADN associates study all profiles received. These profiles are registered in our manager data base under their specifics into ADN requirements.
The Manager interview
ADN associates interview the selected managers to understand the projects they have led, the skills they have developed and the sectors they master.
Mission selection
When staffing a mission the best managers for the task are identified, and interviewed by the ADN associate responsible for the assignment. This process is covered under strict NDA and all information remain highly confidential.
The client meeting
The first meeting with a client is set up with the presence of the ADN associate. It is foremost important that ADN ensures the best client/manager relationship develops and that the mission is properly understood.
Mission monitoring
At the beginning of the assignment, we carry out weekly reviews with the manager on assignment to guarantee the best results and adaptation. In addition to these follow-ups, monthly reviews take place with the client and the manager under ADN’s supervision.
