After three years as an auditor with Arthur Andersen, Luc Marot joined McDonald’s France, where he quickly became Finance Director. In 1992, he set up NRJ’s finance department, before moving on to international management, with a number of radio station acquisitions in Europe. In 1997, he joined the Lagardère group as head of finance at Hachette Filipacchi Médias, before becoming Managing Director of Interdéco, its advertising network. In 2005, he set up FIT Management, a firm specialising in interim management. With two partners, he then took over the Procadres International brand. In 2018, he joined X-PM. He is now embarking on a more entrepreneurial adventure by joining ADN Transition, to contribute to the development of this high-quality interim management company.

Catherine Messner spent her career with multinationals in the food industry (Nestlé, Mondelez, JDE), where she developed a dual expertise: in operations management, as Director of Purchasing and Supply Chain, then in the management of transformation projects: operational mergers following acquisitions, carve-outs and deployment of enterprise resource planning (ERP).

My multifaceted role as a partner, working alongside interim managers, is essential in navigating through the complex challenges of this sector.

Olivier was fascinated by current affairs and economics from an early age.

With his scientific Baccalaureate in his pocket, he first joined the Faculty of Management to understand what not to do, then was introduced to the business world by joining a Business School.
After an initial experience in Management Control at PPR, he discovered the world of recruitment at Robert Half and then developed his business expertise, managerial and commercial skills at Michael Page.
In 2001, he took up the challenge of entrepreneurship and set up a specialist recruitment consultancy now known as NEXtT.

Working mainly for large groups, Olivier joins ADN to contribute his expertise and participate in its development.

More than 30 years of financial and general management experience in industrial companies. Laurent began his career in auditing and accounting. He managed his first finance department at a subsidiary of the pharmaceutical group UPSA, which was subsequently acquired by the American laboratory Bristol Myers Squibb. After 16 months in the USA, he returned to France and took part in the sale of the subsidiary to the Swiss group Clariant, where he managed an SAP project. Within the Clariant group, he then became Managing Director Finance of the Fine Speciality Chemicals business unit, covering a global scope with 8 plants. From 2004 to 2011, he was Chief Financial Officer of the LBO Delpharm. He then managed several LBOs. His career then unfolded as a director, chairman and CFO, often working with development capital companies.

I’m convinced that interim management provides the agility and flexibility that executives need to respond effectively and rapidly to operational challenges, but also to imagine and design the transformations of tomorrow.

Operating both in France and internationally, he has carried out his audit duties in a wide range of economic sectors, including the agri-food and oil industries, telecoms, engineering and specialised distribution.
